국제아로마디자인센터 협회 회칙

• 본 협회의 커리큘럼을 교육 받은 자는
  그 즉시 국제아로마디자인센터 협회원으로써의 권리와 의무를 가지며 협회의 저작권 규정 및 회칙에 동의한 것으로 간주한다.
  교육과정 이수 후 반드시 협회에 등록되어야 하며, 협회의 자격을 취득한자를 이하 협회강사 또는 협회원이라 한다.


1. ICAD 국제아로마디자인센터의 모든 커리큘럼은 협회의 지적재산이며 자격증 또는 수료증 필수발급 과정이다.

이수 후 자격증 또는 수료증을 발급받지 않거나 발급받지 않은채로 제 3자를 교육하는등의 사안이 적발 될 경우

수업을 진행한 강사 및 수강생 모두 자격정지 및 민/형사상의 책임이 따를 수 있다.



2. ICAD 의 각 커리큘럼을 이수하고 자격증 및 수료증을 획득한 자는 내국인 또는 외국인에 대해서 본인이 교육받은 커리큘럼을 교육할 수 있는 권한을 가진다.



3. 협회 강사가 수강생을 모집할 시 협회에서 정한 정확한 커리큘럼명과 협회명을 반드시 명시한다.

ex. ICAD OOOO 코스 또는 국제아로마디자인센터 OOOO 코스



4. 각 커리큘럼의 저작물의 권한은 협회가 가지며 자격을 취득한 강사가 임의로 변경하거나 수정하여 수업할 수 없으며 실시간 영상이 아닌 미리 녹화된 형태의 제작물로 수업을 금한다.

(상기 사항 위반 시 라이센스에 대한 자격정지와 더블어 민/형사상 책임이 따를 수 있다)



5. 이수 후 자격을 취득한 자 또는 수료한자는 교육과정내의 단품제작을 원데이클래스 또는 취미반클래스로 진행할수 있다.

(단, 협회가 사전에 공지한 원데이 및 취미반 클래스내 공유 금지 부분 제외,

원데이 클래스는 최대3가지 아이템만 가능하며 4가지 아이템 부터는 수료과정으로만 수업이 가능)



6. 협회의 자격증 과정 및 수료증과정의 수강비는 국내 전국이 동일하며 임의로 수강비를 수정할 수 없으며

협회 커리큘럼에 별도의 과정을 추가하여 임의로 수료증 또는 자격증을 발급하는 행위를 금한다.



7. 협회의 각 과정을 해외에서 수업할 경우 수강비는 협회에서 지정하지 않는다.

(단, 자격증비 또는 수료증비는 국내와 동일하게 지정하며 별도의 발송비가 책정된다)



8. 자격증의 분실 또는 훼손으로 인해 재발급을 요청시 소정의 재 발급비가 발생되며 협회로 신청할 수 있다. (재발급비 2만원)



9. 협회 홈페이지 내 회칙 및 공지사항을 반드시 숙지하여 불이익이 없도록 한다.



10. 규정을 위반한 회원은 개인의 귀책사유로 인한것으로 자격증 등록비용 및 수강료는 반환되지 않는다.



11. 강사는 본 협회의 수업을 가르침과 동시에 협회의 회칙 및 규정, 회원이 가지는 혜택 등을 수강생에게 설명할 의무를 가진다.









The ICAD association rules

• Those who have been educated in the curriculum of this association
  immediately have the rights and obligations as members of the International Aroma Design Center Association .
  It is deemed to have agreed to the association's copyright regulations and rules.
  After completing the curriculum, it must be registered with the association,
  and the person who has obtained the qualification of the association is referred to as
  an instructor of the association or a member of the association.




1. All curriculum of ICAD International Aroma Design Center are owned by the association.

Certificates must be issued. If you don't get a license after class, In the case of educating others without being issued,

Instructors and students who conduct classes are disqualified from the association.

And civil /criminal responsibility may follow.



2. A person who has completed each curriculum of ICAD and obtained a certificate has the authority to educate

Koreans or foreigners on the curriculum he/she has been educated in.



3. When an association instructor recruits students, the exact curriculum name and association name set by the association must be specified.



4. Each curriculum has the authority of the association, and qualified instructors cannot arbitrarily change or modify classes,

and classes are prohibited from being recorded in advance rather than real-time videos.

(In case of violation of the above, suspension of qualification for the license and double income /criminal liability may be followed)



5. At the same time as teaching this association's classes, the instructor is obligated to explain the association's rules and regulations,

and the benefits of the members to the students.



6. The act of arbitrarily issuing a certificate or certificate by adding a separate course to the association's curriculum is prohibited.



7. When requesting reissue due to loss or damage of the certificate, a predetermined reissuance fee is incurred and can be applied to the association.



8. Members who violate the regulations are due to reasons attributable to the individual,

and the registration fee and tuition fee of the certificate are not refunded.



9. Be sure to be familiar with the association's rules and announcements so that there is no disadvantage.

Unless there is a separate matter, this qualification is maintained.



10. When each course of the association is taught abroad, tuition fees are not designated by the association.

The certification fee will be designated the same as in Korea, and a separate shipping fee will be set.

ex. Asia 30,000 won.



11. There are three ways to pay for certification. Bank of Korea, Bank of China, PayPal.

If you use the Bank of Korea and PayPal, a bank commission of 10,000 won will be added.
